Team Leader

Verex Group has an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Bristol. You will work on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £23,000  per annum with an attractive uncapped incentive scheme,  you could be earning up to £29,000.

Verex was founded in 2008 as a specialist Motor Manufacturer insurer; we have gone from strength to strength since then. Starting with one client we now currently work with eleven of the most prominent brands in the industry including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Suzuki, Kia, Hyundai and many more….

We started off in a small office in Rickmansworth and quickly outgrew that space and opened a second office in Bristol.  Due to the continued success of the business we recently moved into new, state of the art offices in Aztec West, Bristol to enable us to drive the business even further forward.

We are focused on continuing our successes and our ambitious growth plans and are now looking for a new Team Leader to join the teams.

Responsibilities as our Team Leader:

- Drive and develop team members to achieve individual, team & divisional targets
- Ensure that all FCA regulatory requirements and obligations are adhered to for the team and yourself
- Work effectively in a team environment, facilitating a positive approach to tasks by adopting a ‘can do’ attitude
- Lead by example in your sales approach and all that you do
- Communicate effectively with clients and vehicle dealership staff
- Ensure that staffing levels are maximised at all times
- Proactively highlight staff training and coaching needs
- Deliver training & coaching sessions to the team and entire division
- Conduct timely reviews with team members, identifying and support their development

Who are we looking for to become our Team Leader?

You will be able to motivate and influence others, have a solution & development focus and have performance improvement as a natural emphasis.

You will need to have a proven sales and customer service successful track record in a busy regulated environment.

You will love working to deadlines, the ability to meet and exceed targets is essential as you will play a key role in driving results within the department and the business as a whole.
