Temporary, full time position has become available to work in Liverpool within a Government body as a Admin officer. The role is paid at £9 per hour.
The Temporary Worker will provide extensive administrative duties for a single officer or team, under direct supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
To perform GP statement checks ensuring that monthly payments have been processed in accordance with Area Team requests, and, be assured that routine contract payments are as expected.
To ensure that monthly tasks in support of the reporting cycle are completed in accordance with agreed timescales.
To produce relevant, accurate and timely monthly budget monitoring working papers To provide forecasts on the operational financial position using available data and specialist knowledge
Utilising the Sharepoint system to download and share financial information between NHS organisations.
Using excel to an intermediate/advanced level (pivot tables, macros etc)
We are looking for someone who has had previous exposure to working within a similar role, dealing with administration and customer service on various levels, computer and communication skills are vital for this role, the successful candidate will need to go through security clearance, start date ASAP pending clearance and references.
