Bar Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible person to join us as our Bar Manager. The role is part time and for 3 evenings during the week (15 hours per week).  The successful applicant must have bar work experience, be able to work as both part of a small team and on their own and will be expected to take responsibility for the bar area / running of the entire Social Club whilst on duty.

The new Bar Manager will be expected over time to become involved in the day to day business taking on more responsibility when required including helping the Club with stock management.

Our Bar Team are responsible for not only ensuring that the Club is ready for opening but also clearing up when closing the premises. Great customer service and interacting with our Club Members is a core and essential part of the role.  A 1 year extendable employment contract may be offered to the successful candidate on completion of a 3-month probation and some training will be provided. 

A competitive salary will be discussed at interview stage.

We are open until 11-30pm during the week (and midnight at weekends if required to cover) so applicants must be able to work until those times if required. References (including employment references) and a clear DBS certificate will be required should a job offer be made.
