JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Account Executive working closely with specific key clients you will manage all the activity to ensure client satisfaction.

Role profile:   

• Progress client requests through the business to ensure timely deliveries
• Produce and manipulate  monthly data to manage client stock
• Liaise with internal departments and third party suppliers
• Regular client correspondence and administration
• Deliver an excellent service and support channel to match the clients requirements
• Lots of client interaction
• Visit clients at their offices

Person profile:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Confidence and patience
• Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent time-management skills

Essential criteria:

• Strong presentation skills
• Word and Excel skills – ideally having used V Look Ups
• Previously worked in a fast paced service led, customer focused environment
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
• Able to multi task and prioritise workloads on a daily basis

Desired criteria:

• Experience of working in the Manufacturing sector
