JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service candidate to play a key part in the success of the team as well as working actively and effectively with other functions of the business.
Role profile:
- Day to day management of customers
- Work with customers to build and nurture relationships
- Meet service targets specified by the team
- Updating computer records
- Supplier correspondence and filing
Person profile:
- Keen willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Cross functional working
