Salon Manager - Barber & Parlour, Shoreditch
The Role
We are looking for a strong, experienced Salon Manager with a solid background in the hair and beauty industry to manage the operations at Cheeky, Barber and Parlour.
Key responsibilities will be:
The Soho House is a collection of private members' clubs and restaurants spread throughout Europe, the UK and America. Each house and restaurant maintains its own personality and atmosphere but the ethos has remained the same; serving fantastic cocktails and simple but delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
Barber and Parlour, Soho House is an exciting and unique concept, offering Cowshed, Cheeky, Neville, the Electric Cinema and Soho Home all in one space!
This unique offering will be the ultimate in one stop beauty shopping, with chill out points and great places to eat and drink. Expanding on the already popular Cheeky Parlour, we have teamed up with Josh Wood to offer the full works in hair care at affordable prices.
Only those eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the above position.

The Role
We are looking for a strong, experienced Salon Manager with a solid background in the hair and beauty industry to manage the operations at Cheeky, Barber and Parlour.
Key responsibilities will be:
- To effectively manage the team at Cheeky (including receptionists, nail technicians, stylists and therapists) ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times
- To be commercially aware and ensure that the business is efficient and profitable
- To evaluate and drive individual and team sales productivity. Implement service and retail targets for each and every member of the team
- To be responsible for achieving budget and forecasting per quarter
- Must have extensive experience within a salon environment
- Must have previous managerial experience in a busy and high volume establishment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service required
- Beauty or Hair background is essential
