As a Lecturer in Business & Economics you will teach on a range of programmes from Level 1 to Foundation Degree. The ability to deliver the module "Managing human resources and employee relations in a business context" to the CIPD level 7 Post Graduate Diploma Human Resource Management would be an advantage.
Reporting to the Head of Learning, your key role will be to undertake teaching activities in the curriculum area, ensuring a high quality of provision, in response to learners' needs.
