Telemarketing Executive
A fantastic opportunity for two marketing service representatives to join an expanding client in Banbury. We are looking for candidates from a variety of different backgrounds.

The main purpose of the role is to establish and follow up on leads with the aim of building a relationship with a wide variety of client prospects.
You will naturally be enthusiastic about sales thus have the ability to thrive in a sales environment. More importantly, you will have a strong work ethic and be adaptable to the business needs.
In return for your hard work, you will have uncapped commission with incentives that have been agreed with your management team.
Compensation package:
Salary: GBP16,500 rising to GBP18,000 after training period.
Training: 2 - 8 weeks of training before a salary review.
Hours: 8:45 - 5:00 Monday to Friday with an early finish every Friday.
Main Duties:
*Making outbound telephone calls to companies within the UK to discover and contact key decision makers.
*Qualifying sales opportunities.
*Setting up meetings for the field sales team.
*Promoting the company offerings via email/telephone calls.
*Proving a point of contact for potential clients.
*You will be in charge of maintaining the database and ensuring it is up to date.
Desirable attributes:
*High level of self-motivation.
*Excellent telephone manner.
*Punctuality is key.
*You must be able to take yourself out of your comfort zone.
*You must have a sales tenacity.
Experience:
*Office experience is desirable but not essential.
*Computer literate.
