Business Analyst /Service Analyst Financial Services/Pensions)

Are you an experienced Business Analyst who has experience of ideally working for a pension provider or alternatively a banking/financial services company? Then this exciting 2 year contract could be a fabulous opportunity to enhance your skills is a niche pension company

The company have started the process of renewing the contract with their admin service provider - due to the major growth of the members of the pension scheme which has grown far quicker than expected.

This role will work in a new 'Requirements Team' as part of a wider work programme to define and implement their long-term administration sourcing approach. Eventually, this programme will encompass running an effective re-procurement of the current Scheme Administration Contract and will subsequently deliver the newly contracted solution.

The team is responsible for defining and developing requirements of any new provider(s) of scheme administration, in line with product strategy and vision, and (later on) understanding which bidders are able to best meet these requirements through dialogue and evaluation of their solution in the procurement phase.

The key requirements for the role are as follows:
-Demonstrable experience of product design and/or delivery in the pensions or financial services sector
-Practical experience of solution or process design
-Experience of defining requirements for service based contracts
-Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to critically analyse issues, consider options and develop recommendations based on solid reasoning
-Demonstrable evidence of delivering creative solutions to complex problems
-Familiarity and confidence in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
