TEMPORARY HR MANAGER – TRANSFORMATION & BUSINESS PARTNERING

GRADE 11 - £36,379.00 - £39,177.00
There is currently a temporary vacancy in the role of HR Manager – Transformation & Business Partnering within the Human Resources Department based at Service Headquarters, Carmarthen. The post is 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and is for a temporary period of 12 months initially.
The successful individual will assist the Head of HR shape, influence and implement the numerous people changes and associated projects across the Service, which will together form HR transformation, including new technology, HR procedure and process simplification, a new HR operating model and line manager self-service.
The role will also assess and anticipate HR-related needs across the organisation and formulate partnerships across the HR Function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflects the organisations objects.
