This is a rare opportunity to join a phenomenal 30yr old development and Investment consultancy as Sales Director. In addition to development and investment this firms services cover land, permitted development, affordable housing and PRS. Based out of their beautiful offices in the West End you will be responsible for providing the vision, direction and leadership necessary to facilitate future growth.

Until now the operational management and leadership of the sales division has been delivered by the CEO who's incredibly successful business strategy has resulted in the creation of this requirement. The business has an enviable black book of loyal real estate owners with a solid pipeline of property developments/Investments that you and your team will be charged with transacting. This position will afford you autonomy to instil the procedures and culture you believe will take the companies performance to the next level. The existing team are passionate and experienced with an exceptional market reputation; they need and want day to day leadership and direction.

Responsibilities include:

- Operational division management
- Setting sales strategy and delivering financial growth plans
- Identify and negotiate property development and investment opportunities in residential and commercial sector
- Consulting with clients to understand their investment aspirations and seek opportunities in keeping with their business objectives
- Negotiation of transactions with developers and vendors (asset values GBP5-80m)

The ideal candidate will have 5-10yrs of relevant experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of completing both on and off market transactions within the UK property market. You will have integrity, be an advocate of best practice and understand that repeat business is the essential foundation for growth.
