Regional Fundraising Volunteer Coordinator
Permanent
GBP24,000 - GBP27,000

Volunteers are central to Macmillan's ability to raise money and awareness to help people living with cancer across the UK.

We are looking for an organised, efficient, and outgoing Volunteer Coordinator in this exciting new role, supporting our UK wide team of Volunteer Managers to deliver a memorable and fulfilling volunteer experience with Macmillan. As first point of contact, your warm, empathetic and friendly personality will welcome new fundraising volunteers from across the UK to our team by phone and email, playing a vital role in their experience.

Your administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly will be needed, leading volunteers through our systems, sending timely communications and tracking attendance at events from the iconic London Marathon and Great North Runs to art shows, York Race Day, station collections, and a vast array of other opportunities our volunteers support. Based from our London office, you will also play a central part in coordinating our localised monthly communications, engaging volunteers around the UK.

If you are proactive, with strong communication skills and share our passion for volunteering and helping people with cancer, we would love to hear from you. In return for your commitment we will actively develop you and offer benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, generous leave and interest free loans for season ticket and gym membership.

First round interviews will take place in London on 4th April, with second round interviews in London on 9th April.
