My client, a Global Firm who are going through an exciting period of change are looking for an experieced Strategy Manager to come in and work closely with the most senior people in the business. The role will have direct access to the firms most senior stakeholders as well as working closely witht he existing Senior Strategy Manager.
The Role
The role requires astrong strategy and consulting background with a great attention to detail. You will need to have a global outlook and the ability to interact, challenge and influence credibly at all senior levels within the firm. Prior knowledge of the Legal sector are advantageous but this isn't a necessity
The role manages projects which are confidential and sensitive in nature involving material strategic and operational issues; the candidate requires gravitas, presence and muct gain the complete trust and confidence of the partners.
The Candidate
The team is small at present but looking to grow, this is a great opportunity to lead and run multiple bits of the business and pass on influence at the highest level.
The ideal candidate will come from a consulting background where they are used to being very detail orientated where they have had to take detailed information and simplify this down to be able to present to senior stakeholders.
This is a key hire for the business with a clear progression path. The successful candidate will be able to have a huge input on how the company operates within his/her team.
