They have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to be based at their Head Office in Blackley. Working alongside colleagues in their Business Effectiveness and Communications teams, you will be the first point of contact for external customers and visitors.

They are looking for someone to provide an exceptional customer experience in person, over the telephone, and through their digital channels.

This is a role offers a great deal of variety on a daily basis, for example: assisting visitors and customers with a broad range of enquiries, meeting and greeting guests, dealing with internal and external post, providing administrative support to the teams, booking appointments and maintaining diaries, ordering and receiving goods and supplies, arranging meetings and events.

The ideal person will be an enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated individual with excellent communication, literacy, keyboard and customer service skills.

They are looking for someone who loves organising and is great at prioritising lots of different tasks. You will have a professional attitude but with a sense of fun. This is a valuable support role that enables you to make a difference.

Ideally you will have some experience of customer service (face to face or telephone based) - this doesn't necessarily have to be in a reception setting.
