The Assessor/ Trainer - Plumbing Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to carry out training and assessment with a variety of learners in Construction Plumbing area. The main responsibility of this role will be to provide high training to learners both in College and in their workplace. The successful candidate will also be required to assess learners’ competence in line with appropriate industrial and qualification standards and record assessment outcomes.
Reporting to the Work based learning Manager, our Assessor/ Trainer - Plumbing will be required to enrol candidates in line with College procedures and maintain accurate records for candidates in both written and computer-generated database formats.
To become our Assessor/ Trainer – Plumbing, it is essential that you possess relevant Level 3 plumbing and gas qualifications and be able to demonstrate a wide range of experiences within related industries.
Although prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous, full training would be available to a high calibre candidate who can demonstrate a commitment to the post. Qualifications or experience within other construction or engineering fields would be beneficial, although not essential.
To become our Assessor/ Trainer - Plumbing, experience of a similar role within Further Education would be advantageous.
