Sales Manager

My client is a well- established local company with a national presence who provide cleaning products to a variety of companies.

Our customers operate in a wide range of commercial markets. The company and the products we promote are among the best in the UK and have a great reputation.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Good IT skills including Excel/Outlook/Word
* Experience within similar role or customer service manager / call centre manager

Your role is office based and will include:
* Managing and supporting the sales team
* Track monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for your team.
* Identify and implement improvements in the sales administration process
* Liaise and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure first class service to prospects and * Customers.
* Report on sales performance

This team need a fresh sales manager that can come in and boost the moral and lead them to success
