Job Title: Sales / Lettings Negotiator
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £17,000pa (negotiable depending on experience) plus uncapped commission …
Hours: Fulltime - 38 hours p/w - 8 - 5 Mon - Fri 8 -5 Sat.. Alternate Saturdays worked with a day off in the week.
- Carry our rental/sales viewings
- Handling enquiries from phone calls, emails and walk in's in a sales and lettings office
- Liaising with Landlords/vendors/tenants
- Regularly providing feedback
- Lettings administration
- Maintain current client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the branch.
- Promoting the company and its services
- Strong communication skills and computer skills
- Sales and target driven - ideally property experience.
- Full UK driving licence with use of own car
