Property Services require an enthusiastic tradesperson to join its small but very busy directly employed Combined Services Group (CSG) delivering a high quality service to support the primary objectives of the University.
You will be responsible for the provision of a quality property maintenance and minor works service to the diverse range of the University’s estate. The post requires participation in an out of hours on-call rota.
You will hold a minimum City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Building Services and/or Plumbing with substantial post qualification experience. Additionally, applicants must hold CCN1, (Domestic) certification in the National Accredited Gas Safety Scheme (ACS)
You will also be expected to attain the following certificates within your first 6 months in post; CEN1, WAT1 (Domestic) and COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CORT1, ICAE1 (Commercial).
