We are looking for a reliable, efficient and well-organised candidate who can ensure that this role is carried out to a high standard. Ideally, you will have a “can do” attitude, good initiative. You should be proficient with Microsoft Windows programs, have an excellent telephone manner and have good organisational skills. You should be able to work well on your own, have a strong attention to detail and are discrete with the ability to handle highly confidential information.
We are a Civil Enforcement and Collection Service Provider for Local Authorities and Commercial Landlords, based in Dorking Town Centre. With over 20 years experience in the enforcement sector, we are a small but busy, thriving business excelling within our field.
The job role entails:
· Updating the database system
· Respond to emails
· Answering phones
· Sorting the post
· Record keeping to keep ISO compliant
· Ensuring notes are accurately taken and communicated.
· Ordering stationery supplies
· Filing
· Banking
· Diary Management
· Typing up notes
· Taking payments
· Support / PA work for the Director
Salary £17,000: to £22,000 per annum
