Data and Research Manager

A Health Charity is looking for a Data and Research Manager. The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring that the donor database is kept up to date. The candidate will be expected to regularly scan a range of information sources for potential additional donors and helpers, ensuring a solid, committed donor base continues to grow. It would be important to ensure all data is accurate and up to date, including continual data cleansing and contacting donors for up to date personal contact informationThe Data and Research Manager will be in charge of create a business case for migration from Raisers Edge to Salesforce to be presented to CEO and board of trustees.Key responsibilitiesEnsuring all data is accurate and up to date, including continual data cleansing and contacting donors for up to date personal contact informationEnsuring all records have accurate constituent appeal codesAdding relevant information to each record if a donor is invited to an event, attends or declines to attend an event and makes a gift at an eventAdding additional information on each record such as pertinent correspondence, background profile and the helper or champion linked to the donorAdding prospect records onto fundraising database with relevant constituent codingGenerate appropriate reports on donor base as requiredEnsure donor records are appropriately logged and protectedMaintain donor stewardship schedulePrepare, in collaboration with finance manager, requests for payments for donationsUpdate information about donors on fundraising databaseIf you have the stated requirements then please apply to Harris Hill with your up to date CV.
