Oxford
REF: RJ6830
Our client is looking to appoint an In-house recruiter to support business growth. The key focus of the role is to increase experienced hires upto Associate Director level through effective candidate pipeline management, stakeholder management, execution of direct sourcing strategies and managing external recruitment agencies.
If you are highly motivated and efficient, enjoy multi-tasking and rising to a challenge then this could be the role for you.
One key element of the role will be talent mapping. Researching the market to identify what the competition are doing, their shape and where and who the talent is globally. The other key aspect of the role will be driving the acquisition of key talent. The incumbent should not be averse to rolling their sleeves up. It will be a combination of utilising and managing search partners on some appointments and on others directly and handling the search in-house. Candidates could come from either a consultancy or in-house background, ideally a combination of the both, either way they will need to demonstrate a resourcefulness and innovative nature in search techniques that unearth hard to get talent. You will need to be hungry to make a difference, be intellectually agile with strong critical thinking skills and have credibility to work within a fast paced environment.
