HR Advisor - Regional role

HR Advisor opportunity, up to GBP31k pa plus company car. This is a regional role with a leading organisation.

Your new role
This HR Advisor role is based in Bristol but involves extensive travel across South Wales to the Cornwall coast so you be required stay away from home maybe once or twice a week. This is mainly and ER role coupled with some rolling out and implementation of policies and people initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have 2/3 years experience in a ER/HR Officer/Assistant role ready to step up into your next role. You must be experienced in dealing with low level disciplinary/grievances will be essential. Strong communication skills and solid employment law knowledge is key.
