Divisional Director – Employment Services - £75,000 - £85,000 per annum – London – Full Time Permanent.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a strategic leadership team, contributing to the continued refinement and expansion of their range of services to offenders and people struggling with drug, alcohol or mental health problems. They are looking for a strong and creative leader, who will drive the development of their growing range of unique employment and enterprise offers to offenders, and play a key role in their implementation and review of their wider business plan.

Our client has two service delivery Directorates – Employment Services, and Substance Misuse Services. The Divisional Director – Employment Services will join their strategic leadership team of 5 (CEO and four Divisional Directors), and take lead responsibility for the development and delivery of an unrivalled range of training, employment and enterprise opportunities for offenders:
- Their award winning employment agency that directly employs offenders, in partnership with a range of mainstream employers.
- Their diverse range of vocational and life skills training courses, delivered inside and outside of prisons.
- Their diverse range of job placement and apprenticeship schemes.
- Their two in house per-led enterprises, and the ground-breaking Enterprise Fund – a multi-million pound SME investment initiative.
They are looking for a strong character with an impressive track record in management of offender rehabilitation or employment support services to marginalised groups. This is an opportunity for the right individual to make their mark on a sector that is going through significant change, and is ripe for new thinking and intervention models.
