They now have come exciting opportunities for Dispatch Agents to join them at Bristol Airport (BRS) to manage the entire arrival and departure process, overseeing all activities to ensure a safe working environment and achieving an on-time departure with all passengers, baggage and cargo accounted for.

Dealing with a variety of airline systems and representing our client through effective communication with flight and cabin crew at the aircraft side, you will audit fuel ticket information for accuracy and prepare flight paperwork for crew (printing off flight plans, weather reports, passenger lists and airline documentation). Driving vehicles airside and operating a variety of handheld devices, you will liaise with colleagues to ensure the aircraft is loaded as intended, complying with all UK/Ireland/EU legislation and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security at all times.

Flexible to work various shifts and able to speak and understand the English language, the successful candidate will be someone who can follow processes and procedures, is able to travel to the airport at times when public transport isn’t available and willing to work in inclement weather. With a full driving licence and excellent communication skills, you will thrive on working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience working in an aviation environment would be an advantage, as would the ability to speak additional languages.
