Static Mechanical Engineer / MultiSkilled Engineer / Commercial Gas Engineer / HVAC Engineer required working on a portfolio of high profile, luxury residential properties in West London that are all privately owned and only used by the end client. Our client are a Facilities Management Company that provide Mechanical, Electrical and Fabric Repair to high profile sites throughout London.
The Static Mechanical Engineer / Static HVAC Engineer / Maintenance Engineer will be tasked with planned and reactive service and maintenance, breakdown and fault finding and repair tasks on all mechanical plant such as the range of commercial heating systems as well as air conditioning equipment and systems across the sites as well as chillers, AHUs and ventilation.
The Engineer MUST hold recognised qualifications and certifications such as Commercial Gas tickets as well as an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or the City & Guilds equivalent as well as FGas or Safe Handling of Refrigerants.

Position Requirements
Proven mechanical plant experience with commercial gas boilers and heating systems as well as an air conditioning background with demonstrable skills for service and maintenance
Fault finding and breakdown experience
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent in Air Conditioning
Safe Handling of Refrigerants or FGas
Proven customer service and communication skills
