We have a great opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Support Worker in Exeter.

We have a number of full time Support Worker positions available, working 37.5 hours per week. We also have a number of flexible part time roles working 7.5 to 30 hours per week. These positions are available in both community and supported living settings and are for a variety of shift patterns including days and nights.

About the role 
As a Support Worker you will support and enable people to live the life they choose: to make choices, to express themselves and live as independently as possible. Your patient support and encouragement will assist individuals to run their own lives as much as possible – helping with personal care, supporting someone to rustle up some breakfast, do the weekly shop or visit a local café.

A full UK driving licence is desirable for these roles.

We also have casual (bank) opportunities in this area attracting an hourly rate of £7.50.

About you 
Experience is not necessarily required for this role as we are able to support you and provide you with an excellent induction. However, it is really important that you are able to demonstrate the right values and behaviours to enable you to make a difference to people’s lives.

If you do have experience that’s great! We also have casual Senior Support Worker (Intervenor) opportunities in this location where we are looking people who have substantial recent experience of being a Support Worker or similar. The Senior Support Worker role has an hourly rate of £8.25 per hour.
