We are looking for a pro-active personable administrator to look after our portfolio of facilities management clients.

This is an essential role in the management of FM services and in maintaining high standards on behalf of our clients. You will be accountable for the scheduling of FM services as well as being responsible for all FM communication to internal management. You will be a key part of our client’s customer experience.

Main duties:

  • Facilitate the delivery of all FM related services on behalf of clients ensuring their schedules are met in good time and to be proactive in delivery
  • Liaising with clients and contractors for day to day repairs and maintenance as well as scheduling of annual service contracts. This will require continual communication with internal FM Help desk and managers in addition to keeping the client up to date at all times
  • Responsibility for regularly updating colleagues, face to face, on progress of tasks being carried out which have been reported.
  • Report issues through the Help desk as and when they occur, ensuring that all service requests reported are monitored and completed satisfactorily within the agreed SLA's
  • Supporting internal administrative tasks

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous FM experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Delivery, help desk processes, workflows
  • Knowledge of H&S procedures and legislation an advantage
