Your new role
An integral part of the coordination team, acting as a Key Account Manager for your area of responsibility; generating bookings on behalf of Shippers, raising and issuing Bills of Lading and Freight Invoices, and keeping a detailed inventory of vehicles being moved. You will provide a high level of customer service; managing the receipt, handling and development of new bookings via clients' in-house system.

Coordinating new and existing bookings with customers, and suppliers, local and overseas agents and keeping customers up to date throughout the process. You will be responsible for administrative duties within your role to include but not limited to; the management of paperwork for export shipments, preparing quotes and follow-ups, issuing transport documents.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role you will have excellent customer service skills and excel in a fast paced environment. Experience within Shipping and Logistics would be advantageous. You will have an eye for detail with the ability to analyse and improve processes where necessary.
