Formed in 1993, our Client is a leading provider of training and employability solutions.  They are a Prime Contractor for the flagship ESF Workless Families programme for the DWP, and are also the Prime Contractor for two Youth Contracts for the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

They now have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Learner Recruitment Officer to join them where you will actively promote and sell the Traineeship programme to appropriate and eligible 16-24 year olds.

Within the role you will develop good relationships with external organisations and employers, carrying out sales and marketing calls to local stakeholders that are linked to young people. Developing and delivering the recruitment process of both new learners and employers, you will build up a database and record all intelligence on a weekly and monthly basis.  

This role is ideally suited to an inspirational and dynamic individual; someone who thrives on networking with external organisations, is target driven and enjoys working with young people. With a previous track record of engaging with young people who are deemed NEET, you will also have experience of working with local and national employers. Previous experience in sales is also preferred.
