This is an opportunity to join a leading and growing provider of services for individuals with learning difficulties. They offer accommodation and community based support to adults who need support to enable them to live in their own homes and access the community.

Position available in their Staple Hill Office Finance Team predominantly supporting individuals with learning difficulties with all matters relating to their Banking & Finance using Cashflow Manager & MS Excel, but also for assisting the Senior Finance Administrator with company related finance using Sage 50 Accounts software

Duties will include;

- Recording financial transactions, cash receipts and deposits;
- Maintaining Petty Cash, reconciling petty cash tins; -
- Invoicing Company Services
- Administrative and Clerical Support as needed;
- Preparation of reports and letters and other documents;
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with Support Workers and their service users families.

They are not VAT registered, no VAT experience will be required

Person Specification - Finance Administrator

Experience
- AAT Qualified
- A minimum of 2 years financial administration
- A minimum of 2 years Sage Accounts
- Experience of dealing with bank statements, receipts, expenses
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Applications, predominantly Excel
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Any other Finance experience, preferably including payroll, bank reconciliation, petty cash
- Knowledge of Cashflow Manager (not essential as training will be given)
