We`re working with an industry leading manufacturing company, based in Keighley. They`re on the lookout for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team and support the management of customer accounts.

Within the role you will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, building and nurturing business relationships and ensuring customers are satisfied with their journey and all potential business opportunities are met.
Liaising with internal and external departments you`ll ensure all customer orders and product samples are sent out correctly, ensuring you`re selecting cost effective options that can be met within the correct timeframes.
You`ll also aid with the creation of customer presentations, supporting the field team with any pricing information and product queries they have as well as giving the presentations a one over to check all information is up to date and correct.
Supporting the field team is a key aspect of this role, you`ll ensure all product information and lead times remain accurate on the system and new products are added as quickly as possible to aid with new business.

This is a very organisational role, we`re looking for candidates who are confident managing their own workload and keeping clear channels of communication to ensure the job gets done!
You will need to have worked in a customer focused and administrative role before and have experience coordinating orders, with a keen eye for detail and a thorough approach.
We`re also looking for excellent communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service to maintain and develop customer relationships.
You`ll need to be PC literate and have experience with the Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint.

Our client is offering a fantastic salary in the range of £17,000 - £19,000.
There`s also free onsite parking and a great office environment.
