We currently require an On-site Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our busy team at our client in Burton Latimer. Our client operates in the food distribution industry.
Duties are varied but include:
Carrying our worker registrations ensuring compliance in accordance with legislative requirements
Co-ordinating worker inductions in accordance with client specifications
General administration duties including dealing with time-sheets and payroll queries.
Working a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift rota
Delivering out of hours duties on a rota basis,
Applicants must be a confident communicator, with a good team ethic that allows you to interact with a range of different personalities.

Previous industrial recruitment experience is preferable although not essential.
