Your Role:

As an Administrator, you’ll be in charge of making sure all administrative functions across our factory run smoothly, an effective reception operation is in place and goods and services are paid for.

As a member of a small team, you will aim to achieve high levels of accuracy in your work, supporting production processes, and act as the first point of contact for production.

Specifically, your role will involve:

- Delivering business administration functions for our busy production facility
- Staffing reception, welcoming visitors, customers and contractors
- Entering wages into the payroll system
- Raising despatch tickets and purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with petty cash and ordering office supplies

About You:

To be considered as our Administrator, you will need:

- Experience in a busy office environment and the willingness to learn new and different admin processes and procedures
- A good level of IT literacy including MS Excel and Word

An understanding of manufacturing administrative systems and procedures would be beneficial to your application.
