One of our services helps customers to create a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA). An LPA is an important legal document that allows individuals to choose other people to make decisions on their behalf. Setting up an LPA is a significant step that helps to provide individuals and their families peace of mind and protection in the future. 

Now, we’re looking for an individual with experience of providing outstanding customer service to join us as a Lasting Power of Attorney Specialist.

The Role: 

As a Lasting Power of Attorney Specialist, you’ll provide advice and guidance to customers looking to create an LPA. 

Joining our Wills and Power of Attorney Team, you will: 

- Establish contact with potential customers and provide them with information in-line with their objectives and circumstances 
- Analyse customer’s requirements to identify the best solution for their needs 
- Maintain records in-line with our procedures 
- Communicate with customers regarding the outcome of application processing 
- Develop strong working relationships with external providers 

About You: 

To join us as a Lasting Power of Attorney Specialist, you’ll need: 

- Previous phone-based experience 
- Experience of working to targets 
- Excellent communication skills 
- A strong work ethic 
- The willingness to learn and grow your skill-set 

Ideally, you’ll have a degree level qualification, but this isn’t essential.
