Customer Sales Administrator
Location: Lancing
Salary: GBP18k-GBP19k
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a Customer Support Administrator to join their busy service department based in their offices in Lancing.

Responsibilities:

* Dealing with incoming customer queries
* Maintaining and updating the website orders and stock levels
* Downloading purchase orders
* Maintaining the sales database
* Processing payments and producing sales invoices
* Processing customer repairs
* Recording and analysing sales data
* Preparing orders for international export
* Tracking and processing customer returns
* Liaising with couriers

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Proven sales administration background
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise effectively
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Customer focused
* Personable with a "can do" attitude
