A really exciting, rare opportunity has just come up at a 'Magic Circle' law firm to be the Chief of Staff of the global marketing division, reporting directly into the CMO. The division consists of roughly 200 staff and a budget of GBP30-40M.

If you are looking for budget responsibility, both a commercial and strategic position, and extremely high level visibility within a global business, this role is perfect!

This role includes:

• Working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to define functional strategy and driving it globally.
• Understand how competitors in the professional services market run their marketing and business development efforts in order to innovate.
• Providing the senior leadership team with updates on new business opportunities.
• Representing the Chief Marketing Officer in leadership meetings across the business.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Worked in a Chief of Staff, Strategic Management or Commercial position previously.
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors: Legal Services, Professional Services (Consulting) or Financial Services (Bank / Investment Fund).
• Extremely high levels of communication, both written and verbally.
• A degree qualification from a reputable university.
• The ability to build strong, lasting relationships with C-level stakeholders.
