This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing swimming pool construction and filtration technology company. The Project Manager role offers significant career development potential in a high growth innovative eco-business with plans for international expansion over the next 18 months.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to help manage our pool construction contracts. The role will focus on:

• Delivering complex projects on-time and on-budget and measuring our success
• Customer and contractor communications
• Ensuring quality control is maintained
• Managing the site crew and our subcontractors and maintaining the quality of our delivery services

Example tasks for the Project Manager:

• Training, directing and controlling all workflow of construction with the construction team members
• Directly working as a part of the production crew to complete projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate production activities

Detailed Person Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of experience in the construction/swimming pool industry
• Experience of managing crews and subcontractors
• Have experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Own a Clean UK Driving license and be clean and professional in appearance
• Knowledge and experience with excavating equipment and hardscape installation
• Knowledge of Health and Safety policy and legislation / CDM regulations

You will need to be comfortable with travel and nights away from home. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, efficient and responsible self-starter who is highly practical and able to problem solve. Interest in Eco-technology, high growth business or swimming is also a bonus.
