Gaming Administrator
Reading
Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Service Administrator. This is a contract role based in Reading to start ASAP until June 2018 with potential to be extended to 18 months.
We support and grow our partnerships to ensure they find success and deliver great content for our gaming fans.
Role Purpose
Assist Global Games Publishing team to effectively utilise our operational tools and processes; providing our game publishing and development partners with the information, tools and development services they need to create and deliver their gaming content.
Key Accountabilities
- Development hardware - on-boarding our tools, working with the program team to track and troubleshoot orders, payments and deliveries. Supporting local requirements for shipping and delivery of hardware internationally. Maintaining tracking and assist with shipping of local development hardware loan pool. Feedback on process improvements.
- Partner CRM - submit new contract requests, account and access requests for our tools, work with tools team to troubleshoot access issues, assist with reporting and updates to ensure our CRM data is up to date
- Partner tokens - provide local cover for partner token request process
- Admin support request ticketing - provide local cover for administrative support ticket requests for tasks such as those above, track and update tickets as required
Key Success Criteria
- Facilitate active issues and requests in a timely manner and provide clear and proactive communication to our partners and internally, remaining helpful and understanding when faced with sometimes challenging or partner impacting situations.
- Effectively prioritise and track multiple requests, ensuring that each is driven to a satisfactory resolution and updates are provided.
- Co-ordinate with local and global teams to find resolutions to issues and feedback on process and operational improvements.
- Integrate with global teams to provide worldwide support for token and support mail and ticket requests.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Essential Experience
Previous experience in a customer or partner service role preferred
Proven organizational skills requiring prioritization of multiple issues or projects
- Technical / Functional Skills
Ability to prioritise and effectively track multiple issues
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient skills with Microsoft productivity software such as Office and CRM preferred
Ability to learn and use internal tooling
- Personal Attributes / Interpersonal Skills
Professional, diplomatic communication style with ability to handle issues appropriately and concisely via email
Ability to work and coordinate as part of a global team across time zones
Proactive attitude to resolving issues and suggesting process improvements
Ability to understand different perspectives and priorities of customers and internal teams

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, and an excellent subsidised restaurant.
Salary: up to £37,000 per annum plus benefits and end of contract bonus
