Sales Office Support Administrator

Job title: Sales Office Support Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: c£22,000

Our client is a UK communications development and manufacturing company serving the critical communications market around the world. The company is a market leader, well established and growing. There is now a requirement for a Sales Office Support Administrator to join the team.

The successful candidate will have excellent administration experience, be Computer literate with experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems (ie Epicor/Sales Force), be highly organised and have good communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:To carry out administration duties for the UK sales force as detailed below.

KEY FUNCTIONS

1. Be responsible for and carry out the Sales Office administration and documentation

2. Organise travel, sales meetings and accommodation for the sales team when required.

3. Act as a communication hub for the UK and International sales force logging and distributing all enquiries/correspondence with the appropriate person/department.

4. Input sales orders onto SOP and liase with the Order Process Team in Kings Lynn when required.

5. Assist in the logging and follow up on all leads/enquiries for assigned buddies.

6. Provide sales support in terms of diary management and quotation management.

7. Register to Tender portals and keep the Company profile up to date

8. Maintain the Sales Manual

9. Send daily/weekly/monthly Intake/SOP reports to the Sales Director and Sales Team

10. Act as the main contact for distributing/gathering information and submitting PQQ's/ITT's.

11. Manage sales campaigns when required.

12. Assist with Epicor and Sales Force as required.

13. Work as guided by the Company Quality Manual to ensure that customers obtain total satisfaction from all goods and services supplied.

14. Any other reasonable tasks as required within the department.

Candidate Requirements:

At least three years working in a similar role and industry

Good communication skills

Great Team player, enjoying working as part of a team as well on their own initiative

Computer literate with experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems (ie Epicor/Sales Force)

Excellent organisational, prioritising and planning skills

Courteous and professional at all times with a passion for delivering excellent customer service

Experience at liasing with colleagues on all levels within the organisation
