Retail Operations Assistant
Based Scunthorpe
Fixed term contract 12 months
£17,000 pa + benefits

Job Purpose: To efficiently deal with all Retail Operation administration tasks supporting all three Business Units
Reports to: Head of Retail Operations

Key Result Areas:

* Ensure the management team are provided with reports, statistical information and admin support.

Job Knowledge:

* Knowledge of all in-house systems relevant to the department.
* Nisa company knowledge essential.

Main Responsibilities:

* Attend internal/external meetings, record minutes when required.
* Weekly monthly, quarterly, adhoc reports for all business units.
* Effectively co-ordinate and schedule internal and external meetings.
* Assistance with new departmental projects and process improvements.
* Ensure Retail Development Manager diaries are completed correctly and are communicated.
* Updating attendance system and holidays for the field based teams.
* Ensure that the Shared Services planning calendar is complete and captures all events, Business Unit, Board, & Manco meetings.
* Book travel arrangements for the Management team and field based staff.
* Cross train within the Retail Operations department to enable support and holiday cover for the department.
* Provide adhoc assistance to member support to ensure team deadlines are met.
* To provide an effective communication link between the field based team - including the Regional Retail Managers, Retail Development Managers, Store Development Managers, Fresh Food Development Managers.
* Provide effective support in relation to dealing with member enquiries.

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines imposed by the business.
