Our client is a pan-European independent distributor of branded IT hardware. They are now looking for a Finance Administrator to become a part of their success story.

With combined industry experience of over 110 years, our client’s team has a deep understanding of the world of IT. You’ll have the chance to gain valuable insight into the tech industry whilst facilitating the smooth running of the company.
As a Finance Administrator, you will provide a high level of support to the Finance Department.
Within a fast-moving and engaging environment, you’ll assist with a variety of accounting tasks. Specifically, you will:
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Process supplier invoices and deal with any queries that arise
- Perform credit control activities, including chasing up payments with customers
- Deal with customer queries
- Email accounting documents such as invoices and statements
- Raise customer invoices and credit notes
- Deal with the returns process
- Complete other tasks as requested by the Finance Director
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
- Administration experience
- Experience of working within a team and within a customer service/facing environment
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English and Maths
Focused and diligent, as a Finance Administrator, you’ll have a great eye for detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll also be able to work well, both on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Ideally, you’ll have previous IT experience, but this is by no means essential. As our client uses Navision, any experience of this would be advantageous, as would experience of Sage software.
