We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the RSPB's Membership Development team in South Wales.

Salary starting at: £17,276 to £18,716 per annuum
Hours: Full time
Contract: 12 months

As a Membership Development Officer, you will use your passion and enthusiasm to recruit new members to the RSPB, connecting them to nature through inspirational displays and providing exceptional experiences at events and venues across the South Wales area.

Our membership team is target driven and you will be responsible for meeting your own, very achievable, recruitment targets. You will be working alongside an experienced team, given tailored training and developed during your time working with us.

This role is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act. You will be asked to declare unspent convictions and cautions at offer of employment stage.
