Sales Co-ordinator (Trade)
My client is currently looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to work out of their St Ives Branch. Offering you an excellent salary within a Market leading builder’s merchant.
The role required as high level of customer service and developing trade accounts. We are looking for someone who can turn inquires into quotes.
As part of this customer focused sales role, you will maintain the best level of service to new and existing customers. You will negotiate with suppliers and customers to offer competitive prices and ask the right questions to link sell. Also, in this role you will communicate with the team to ensure a smooth transaction for the customer from start to finish.
What we are looking for
You will have previous experience in a similar phone based role with outstanding customer service skills. You need to be self motivated, enthusiastic and organised. You will also have good numerical skills and be confident with trade customers. You will also have experience working in a builder’s merchants or similar background and knowledge of the products we sell. You will have to be proactive and a strong problem solver to succeed and have the ability to do the admin aspect of the role. Resilience and determination are key to develop to the next level.
Experience of sales and customer service in the trade industry are essential.
