Team Leader – Home Energy

Our client is a leading energy and services group employing 20,000 people in the UK. The business has well-established and diverse operations that span the exploration and production of gas and oil; on-shore gas storage; generating power as one of the UK’s largest independent power producers; providing power and gas to thousands of homes and business; and delivering services to more than 14,000 customer sites across the public and private sector.

Our client is now looking for a Team Leader to ensure the revenue processes of Home Energy are operated in an efficient manner.

You will lead a small team of administrators that will operate the billing module in the Junifer platform, including management of system configuration and bill validation processes, and resolve tier 2 customer queries as escalated from the Shared Service Centre. Aiming to continuously improve all Home Energy revenue processes, you will help to deliver analytical reporting of revenues and exceptions and assist with external audit requests as required.

So if you have proven practical experience of billing, reconciliations, collections or similar finance disciplines and have demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast paced customer facing function, then would love to hear from you!

All that they ask is that you are self-motivated, committed to excellent performance and have the ability to build positive relationships. You should have excellent analytical skills, proven leadership skills and be able to produce accurate work within tight deadlines, whilst having a keen eye for detail. Previous experience within an energy supply business is highly desirable but not essential.
