Customer Service Advisor
An exciting Customer Service Advisor role has become available for a local Building Society based in the heart of Bath.
The company is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their branch network. They pride themselves on offering exceptional customer service, so a professional and friendly approach to customer relations is essential, as well as a good telephone manner and a desire to build customer relationships and loyalty.
Duties include day to day administrative tasks, data entry, working with till systems, banking transactions, and customer service.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English, good computer literacy, as well as experience in a customer facing role. Previous experience in the financial sector and/or administrative roles is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Motivation, confidence, and a passion for customer service are key.
Own transport is desirable but not essential.
