An exciting opportunity has arisen to be the Training Manager of this growing chain of fast casual restaurants. This position is field based with travel across London and the South. The role will be to ensure the teams in each store are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge they need to enable them to do their job successfully; ensuring that the entire team understand their duties and responsibilities and that they are always trained to the best of their ability.
We are looking for a self-starter who can manage a varied workload and isn't scared of getting stuck in. The role will have big focus on ensuring that standards are maintained at all times, ensuring all staff are fully briefed on their responsibilities and given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work.
Your role will be to encourage team morale and performance with a view to improving competiveness of the business, evaluate the learners progress and provide professional guidance / feedback to the management team when required.
This role will also be responsible for delivering the induction process and to audit all training processes to ensure it's happening.
This is an extremely busy role so the ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to plan their time and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be a natural people person who will enjoy driving the development of others.

As a Training Manager, you will be highly organised and have a passion for hospitality along with experience of working in the field and familiar with working in a business with a fast growth plan.
Training Manager Key Accountabilities:
- Visiting employees in the workplace delivering training and development.
- Maintaining documentation within the e-portfolio system
- Building and developing relationships with employees
- Ensure quality systems and processes are complied with at all times
- Manage and deliver training of employees for new store openings
