Assistant Boutique Manager-Fine Watches-London Mayfair

We are currently recruiting for Assistant Boutique Manager for a prestigious luxury brand for their boutiques in Mayfair London.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international luxury group.

You must be a driven, enthusiastic individual with clear understanding of KPIs, commercial acumen and strong leadership.

Key responsibilities: 

 

Leading the team to delivering excellent service

Operations and overall store performance

Can drive the sale and grow the brands presence

Involved in all aspects from sales, stock, day to day running the boutique

 

Requirements: 

 

Dynamic and able to use your initiative. 
An operational understanding of the luxury market. 
Strong Leadership and Motivational Skills. 
Strong Clienteling Background. 
You will already be a highly experienced Manager for a luxury brand. 
A proven Track record of achieving strong sales. 
Ability to plan, prioritise and cope under pressure. 
Provide strong presence and leadership on the sales floor, leading and motivating the team, driving excellence in service standards to exceed client expectations. 
Excellent interpersonal skills & impeccable presentation.

 

The Package:

 

Competitive salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience ) plus bonus- OTE £50,000
