We require excellent Contact Centre/Customer Service Advisors for long term temporary assignments in Manchester City Centre, next to Piccadilly Station
£7 Per hour after 12 weeks increasing to £10 (£19890 Per Year)
28 days holiday increasing to 32 days holiday per year excluding bank holidays

About the role
Working in a busy inbound call centre, you`ll be dealing with issues of a sensitive and personal nature. You`ll need to use your good administrative skills to confirm client details over the phone and comply with data protection regulations. You`ll adhere to company practices and values, updating each case as you go on their online system.
Based in a brand new building, you`ll have access to an on-site café as well as comprehensive training before you begin, so you`ll be fully equipped with everything you need when you start!
