THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager you will support the Head of Sales & Marketing deliver the company's strategic plan. You will build key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. You will:

- Identify and engage with potential new customers
- Identify and contact brand new targeted sectors to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Write and create sales presentations and pitches
- Research, arrange meetings and build relationships with potential clients
- Helping the appropriate consultant to negotiate with new clients
- Present new products and services as appropriate to enhance existing relationships

YOU
To be able to apply for this role as Business Development Manager you'll be open, honest and caring throughout the process and always work for the good of the greater team and approach what you do with real passion and a determination to succeed. You must have:

-Experience of sales negotiations, managing bids, tenders and pitches
- Evidence of having actively generated and followed up on leads converting them to future revenue generating opportunities
- A sound understanding and experience of forecasting and reporting
- Experience of working with email marketing packages, content management systems would be preferred
- Good research skills and be confident in managing and analysing data
- Ideally you will have worked within the recruitment arena but this is not essential
