HR Advisor
Bedford
GBP28-30k per annum

Macildowie HR is currently working with a fantastic company based in Bedford who is looking for a resilient and hard-working HR Advisor to join their team. The role will be proactively supporting several departments with the company and influencing a modern approach to the handling of people related issues.

Responsibilities
-Managing employee relations cases.

-Supporting with recruitment.

-Building and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

-Supporting wider HR People Strategy Projects and engagement initiatives.

-Coach and develop Managers.

-Collectively working with the HR team to further enhance, modernise and promote HR Processes
and maximise HR system functionality for the benefit of all business users.

Experience
-Proven track record of ER experience with all types and levels of complexity of ER cases.

-Experienced in informal conflict resolution and mediation.

-Solid generalist HR knowledge, including administration and end to end HR process.

-Recent private sector experience in a SME sized organisation.

The ideal candidate will be a 2-3 year generalist HR Advisor who has worked on large projects including GDPR, handbooks, employment ATS and recruitment projects in a large private sector organisation.
